May, 1941. The DKM Bismarck, the pride of the German Navy, puts to sea. This state-of-the-art battleship carries weapons that can devastate commercial shipping. Britain is already reeling from Germany's invasion of Denmark and Norway as well as an evacuation from the continent. Meanwhile, Rommel's forces in North Africa drive the British forces back to the border of Egypt. Now Tobruk is under siege and nobody knows how long it will stand. In the Balkans, the Germans have taken Yugoslavia and Greece. It seems the German war machine is unstoppable. The only thing keeping Britain in the war is the Royal Navy's ability to protect commercial shipping.

In the solitaire version of this naval game, you can play either the British or the German. For up to two players, age 10 and up.
